Square glass cups are made of high-quality borosilicate glass with a coefficient of thermal expansion of only 3.3 × 10⁻⁶/℃, capable of withstanding extreme temperature differences from -20℃ to 150℃. For example, pouring boiling water into a cup taken from the refrigerator will not cause it to crack. The cups have also passed lead-free and cadmium-free quality testing, and will not produce harmful substances even after prolonged storage of acidic beverages such as lemonade and fruit vinegar. They remain stable with long-term use, ensuring health and safety.
Square glass cups are available in various sizes to cater to different usage scenarios, covering everything from personal consumption to business applications.
Basic Size: 350ml capacity, 2.5mm wall thickness, 180g weight, suitable for home use or convenience store retail.
Office Size: 500ml capacity, 3mm wall thickness, 220g weight, suitable for corporate office supplies or coffee shops.
Large Size: 750ml capacity, 3.5mm wall thickness, 280g weight, suitable for use in restaurant chains for cold drinks or for home use for holding juice.

Naze Square Glass Cups adhere to a standardized production process, ensuring the quality of every cup.
Raw Material Proportioning: High borosilicate glass sand is precisely proportioned and mixed using an automated batching system.
Melting Process: The raw materials are fed into an electric furnace, maintained at 1600℃ with continuous stirring.
Homogenization: The molten glass undergoes a second temperature-controlled homogenization process at 1400℃, resulting in a more uniform distribution of glass molecules.
Mold Casting: Double-layer molds are used for casting, and the edges of the molds are rounded to ensure a natural curve in the finished cup.
Manual Finishing: The cups are then finished with... After the cup is formed, the edges of the rim and bottom are polished with a fine grinding wheel, with a precision control of 0.5mm to ensure a smooth rim.
Annealing treatment: After forming, the cup is placed in an annealing furnace, first heated to the softening point of the glass and then slowly cooled to room temperature to eliminate internal stress.
Initial inspection and screening: After annealing, the cups must be free of bubbles and cracks, and have uniform thickness. Those that pass the initial inspection proceed to the next process.
Manual re-inspection: Cups that have passed the initial inspection are re-inspected by quality control workers to ensure they meet standards.
